Bookings

Bookings may only be made through this website. We require advance booking and non refundable deposits paid to secure your child’s place. Full payment must be paid on the first day of the week.

You can pay by Debit or Credit card at the Club, or if payment is made in cash, please ensure that your payment has been recorded on a payment sheet and signed by both yourself and the Co-ordinator. The club cannot take responsibility for lost payments and receipts are available upon request.

Child Information forms must be completed on the child's first day.

 


Your child will need to bring  

A packed lunch, water bottle, appropriate clothing (including coats) and sun cream and hats in the summer.   

Please do not bring valuable items or equipment (such as I pads, tablets, etc) to the club. Any such items will be taken off the children and kept aside until the parent collects them.    


Cancellations

We ask that you give us 24 hours notice of any absence and the deposit is non refundable. This is purely due to the fact that we book paid activities and sports coaches based on the number of children booked in a week prior.

Little Rookies also reserves the right to withdraw the service if parents do not follow cancellation procedures or if payments are not made at the scheduled date.


Late collection of children

Unless notified, the late collection of a child will result in Little Rookies taking care of the child for a charge of £10 per 15mins after closure whilst continuing to contact all numbers given.

If unsuccessful, Little Rookies is obliged to contact Social Services who will take responsibility of the children and continue to try to contact parents until successful.

Little Rookies is unable to care for a child who has not been collected within half an hour due to legal requirements. 

Little Rookies reserves the right to withdraw the service if a parent consistently late collecting their child.


Illness

If your child is ill whilst at the club, we will ensure that you are contacted immediately.

Collection of children from the club will only be allowed by a named person/s on the registration form.

Medication can only be administered with written authority from the parent/carer.

Medication must be handed to the Co-ordinator on arrival and must be in its original container labelled with the child's name, dosage and times required.
